Payment policy:

To reserve your spot for “Re:Boot Experiences”, please either make a $200 (USD) deposit or pay the full amount. In some cases, paying the full amount upfront will discount the total amount. The deposit is non-refundable – however should you cancel your reservation 60 days or more before the start of the retreat, you may apply your deposit toward another Re:Boot Experience occurring within 12 months from the date of the initial retreat that you registered for. Full payment is due six weeks prior to departure and participants agree to pay any outstanding balance no later than this date.

Waitlist policy:

If the retreat is full, we can add your name to our waitlist upon request in writing, or advise of other available dates. If we’re able to confirm your place on the retreat, we will contact you and full payment will be due immediately.

Refund policy:

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers and hotels. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

All cancellations must be received in writing. If the participant withdraws or transfers from the retreat, the following refund policy applies:

If the balance of the retreat fee is not received by the notified due date (six weeks prior to retreat commencement), a participant’s place may be offered to someone on the waiting list. The participants will forfeit the deposit paid.

  • If you cancel 60 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, you receive 100% credit of the cost of the full retreat payment toward another Re:Boot Experience within 12 months from the date of the initial retreat date.
  • If you cancel 31-59 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive: 50% credit of the cost of the full retreat payment toward another Re:Boot Experience within 12 months of the date of the initial retreat date, and will forfeit the remainder.
  • 0-30 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive: no refunds or credits will be given.
To cancel, you must send an email stating that you wish to cancel to: hana@fromdesktodeck.com

Passport and Visa:

We strongly advise that you have adequate travel insurance to include full cover for the duration of your journey.
